(1) In-Home Physical Therapy Service - $60/session (*EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT!)

If you’re experiencing pain, weakness, stiffness, or mobility limitations, in-home PT is the perfect place to start. Each visit includes personalized treatment to reduce pain, improve function, and restore movement.

What I treat:

  • Low back pain, sciatica, hip pain, core weakness

  • Knee pain, post-op recovery, swelling

  • Shoulder pain, overhead limitations

  • Neck tightness, headaches

  • Tendon pain (Achilles tendinopathy, patellar tendinopathy, tennis elbow, etc.)

  • Sport-related injuries from running, lifting weights, baseball, etc.

  • Chronic pain/stiffness or recurrent flare-ups

  • Balance issues, unsteadiness, dizziness

  • General deconditioning, muscle weakness

    • I will assess you and your current condition(s) via physical therapy assessment

(2) Online Fitness Coaching Service - $220/month

For anyone wanting remote strength & conditioning coaching, movement optimization, or sport-specific programming — delivered online. My coaching expertise blends strength & conditioning principles and physical therapy knowledge to effectively and efficiently progress towards your goals.

How Does It All Work?

Here at Exerclinic, we utilize a 5-step process to explain how our services are provided in a clear and concise manner. The 5-steps include Arrange, Assess, Approach, Assist, and Audit. We arrange a day/time to meet you and establish goals. Then, we assess your current functional capacity. Next, set up an approach to reach your goals, whether it be through a general plan or through specific programming. Then, assist you with active 24/7 communication, modifications/revisions, and more as needed on an individual basis and more. Finally, we conduct an audit to assess your status after receiving our services and provide opportunities for both the client and the coach to reflect on the experience.

  1. [ARRANGE] Contact us via phone, email or through any social media platform with your questions, comments, and/or concerns. We will be readily available to respond to your inquiries and/or requests. We will send you any documents and/or material(s) to complete prior to our “Initial Assessment” session.

  2. [ASSESS] We’ll decide on a day/time to engage in an “Initial Assessment" - a full, comprehensive 60-min session performed privately to thoroughly assess you and your specific functional capacity. We need to understand your current status, strengths, weaknesses, movement patterns, and more to provide you with a uniquely tailored plan/program. We do not provide “cookie cutter” services and we pride ourselves on implementing thorough assessments in order to best serve the individual at hand as effectively and efficiently as possible.

  3. [APPROACH] Upon completion of the “Initial Assessment,” we’ll summarize our findings and/or session highlights to establish an initial plan/program to appropriately approach success towards your desired goal(s). With all services we provide, we offer 27/7 communication with our clients in order to consistently refine and/or modify plans as needed on an individual basis. We want to maintain constant communication with our clients in order to understand the client’s current status at all times. We are prepared to be versatile and adaptive in order to make modifications and revisions as needed on an individual basis.

    1. If you’re receiving in-person services, we will set up specific 1-hour time slots for us to engage in said training sessions.

        1. Schedule first visit for Initial Assessment session —> In-Person Training Sessions

    2. If you’re receiving virtual/remote services, we will connect through online software in which we can both access and edit material. This software will allow us to both access the plan/program and modify as needed on an individual basis. You will have access on any device that can download the apps (i.e. Computer, Laptop, Smartphone, etc.). We will ensure we educate you and walk you through how to access our material on any device(s) you currently use.

        1. Initial Assessment —> Virtual Online Programming (Privately accessible and editable by both client and coach)

    3. If you’re receiving other services, we will ensure that both you and the coach understand what will be required at all times moving forward.

  4. [ASSIST] Along with maintaining open and active lines of communication with clients, our coaches will routinely reach out to you to formally check-in with you and your individual status. Check-ins involve reflecting on the previous week’s performance, discussing individual barriers/obstacles, and more to maintain a strong relationship between the client and the coach. The coach will utilize these check-ins to refine the plan/program for week ahead.

  5. [AUDIT] When the specified length of service has been satisfied, we will perform a variety of actions depending on the client at hand. We may re-test certain categories to compare to our findings during our initial assessment and sessions, we may discuss future options on how to proceed with your current status, and/or we may reflect on your overall experience with the services provided by Exerclinic Performance Training LLC and may assist you in making an educated decision about continuing vs. discontinuing engagement in our services.
