  • How can I learn more information about the price of services offered by Exerclinic?

    • Please visit the “Services” page and scroll to the bottom. All pricing related to services (injury management, nutrition-based, and programming-based services) are on that page. We are ready to respond to any and all inquiries at exerclinic@gmail.com. Please reach out for more information!

  • How can I learn more information about the owner?

  • Do you only train competitive athletes?

    • No, we have experience training a wide variety of individuals: Musicians, chefs, military members, powerlifters, bodybuilders, desk workers, busy parents, youth athletes, competitive athletes, and more. You absolutely don't need to be an elite athlete or even an intermediate athlete to receive our services related to personal training, movement analysis and corrective exercise, and/or nutrition guidance. All of our services are specifically tailored to the individual at hand.

  • How long are initial assessments? How long are treatment sessions

    • Both initial assessments and treatment sessions are approximately 60 minutes in length, but some sessions may be longer or shorter than others depending on individual need and the service(s) being provided. We’re flexible!

  • How many sessions will I need?

    • It truly depends on the services you’re interested in, whether it is physical therapy or fitness training. Determining your plan of care and/or duration of services needed occurs throughout the initial assessment and we will finalize a plan by the end of the first session. Above all else, we want you to return to the activities you enjoy without discomfort or difficulty as soon as possible under our professional guidance/opinions. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!

  • Do you offer online training/services?

    • Yes, the majority of our clients are trained and assisted online. You will always receive the same quality of care and training while operating within your own house or region through phone calls, video calls, app messaging, video analysis and feedback, and more!

  • I’m not sure that I want fitness training or physical therapy services. What else do you offer?

    • Along with fitness training and physical therapy services, we also offer a variety of merchandise through our online store for both men and women (see “Shop” page at top of website). Go check it out!

  • Do you offer returns?

    • Returns will be managed on an individual basis depending on rationale and other factors. You will need to send a thorough message to exerclinic@gmail.com. We will try to assist you as best as we can.

  • What payments do you accept?

    • Currently, we accept cash, most credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. We do not accept reimbursement through insurance, though this may change in the future - in any case, reach out to us at exerclinic@gmail.com to find out latest information!
